What you’re buying, what you may do with it, and what we don’t promise.

What you’re buying

boringfunnels is a library of real marketing funnels, taken apart step by step, and a kit your coding agent uses to build funnels for your business or your clients. Pro comes as access through your account:

• the web library;
• the library inside your agent (the MCP);
• the kit your agent sets up in your project.

It renews each month or each year, as you chose, until you cancel, which you can do anytime from Account → Purchases. You keep access to the end of the month or year you paid for.

A free account opens one study a week in the web library and gets the weekly study email. These terms cover it too, apart from the parts about paying.

The license

One person, or one company of any size. Use our work, the studies, the analysis and the kit, for your own business and for client work, and charge whatever you charge. You own what you build with it, apart from anything in it that belongs to someone else. Don’t resell or share the kit or the library itself, and don’t put them in a course, a members area or a swipe file other people buy.

If you cancel, the kit already in your projects and everything you built stay yours to use. The library, the weekly studies and the kit’s updates stop at the end of the month or year you paid for. After a refund, the license to the kit ends: delete it, and any library material you saved, from your projects. What you built stays yours.

What the library is

The library shows how real businesses market themselves: their ads, pages and emails, as we observed them on the dates shown, taken apart for study. It is commentary and education, and it is independent: the businesses and people in it aren’t affiliated with us and don’t endorse boringfunnels unless we say so. Their material stays theirs. We don’t claim their results. Use the moves, never their words, brands, logos, photos, testimonials or likeness, and never present them as backing you.

The license above covers our work, not theirs: it gives you no rights in their pictures, copy or marks. Your agent may save reference pictures from the library into your project, so it can check its pages against them. Keep them there for reference. Never publish them or put them on a page.

Your agent’s access

Your plan lets your coding agent read the library and use the kit for your projects. Don’t copy the library out in bulk, train a model on it, build a collection that competes with it, or let other people’s agents use your access. What your agent’s calls tell us is on the privacy page.

What you build

Your agent writes the pages, the emails and the ads: check them before you publish. You’re responsible for your own pages, your claims and your ads, including that every claim on them is true, and for the forms, email tools and checkout you connect.

Building for a client, or a pitch in a prospect’s brand? Their name, brand, photos and reviews are theirs. A pitch you share is a preview for that business only. Get their okay before anything goes live as theirs: on their domain, in front of their customers, or behind ads.

If you connect your own key for an image service (OpenAI, fal, Replicate or Google), the kit draws pictures through your account there. That service bills you, and its terms apply. Drawn pictures are made up: use them for the look of a page, never as real customers, real jobs, real results or real reviews.

If someone makes a claim against us because of pages, ads or material you published, you’re responsible for it.

Corrections and removal

If your work, your brand or you appear in the library and something is wrong, or you want it taken down, write to help@boringfunnels.com with the page and what you’d like changed. That covers copyright, trademarks, privacy and likeness. We reply within two working days and correct or remove it when there’s good reason. What to send, and what happens next.

What we don’t promise

We show you funnels whose ads were still running when we captured them. A running ad is a signal, not a guarantee. We don’t promise sales, leads or any result from what you build. The scores, the costs per sale and the picks the kit shows you are its best judgment, not a forecast.

Refunds

Pro isn’t refundable once bought, apart from a charge made by mistake. The refund policy.

Your account

Sign-in is by an email link, with no password. Keep access to your email. We can suspend access that’s shared, resold or scraped.

Limits

boringfunnels is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability to you is what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We update the library and the kit as we go. If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll email you before it applies. boringfunnels is new: things will change, and some will break. Tell us, and we’ll fix it.
